📋 Description

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Field Service Management and Manufacturing practice • Own the project lifecycle from discovery and design through configuration and User Acceptance Testing • Lead client discovery sessions and map manufacturing and distribution requirements to NetSuite best practices • Manage and deliver complex NetSuite implementation projects, including solution design and project management • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project limitations, shortcomings, issues, risks, constraints, and dependencies • Execute end-to-end NetSuite configuration, including complex business logic, custom fields, and workflows • Advise on manufacturing processes such as Shop Floor, Control, and BOM management • Advise on distribution workflows such as Pick/Pack/Ship and Demand Planning • Design preventive maintenance schedules, warranty-tracking workflows, and smart dispatching boards in NetSuite FSM • Guide clients on cost accounting, landed costs, preventive maintenance, WIP and Routing, Demand Planning, and inventory valuation • Design and lead internal QA and guide client UAT to validate system stability and data integrity • Delegate tasks to analysts and guide their development • Collaborate with project management teams, senior consultants, and architects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing NetSuite, specifically within FSM processes • Proven Field Service Management experience with Core Service Tasking, Dispatch Boards, mobile application orchestration, Offline Data Sync, PM scheduling, Asset Lifecycle Management, Van Stock/Truck Inventory optimization, and SLA and Warranty tracking configurations • Strong understanding of NetSuite core configuration and complex business logic • Knowledge of Waterfall/agile methodology • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in spreadsheet-level data transformations • Familiarity with leading practices in the NetSuite ecosystem • Previous project management and solution design skills • Strong understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, asset management, and Item Management processes • Experience implementing Advanced Inventory, Work Orders and Assemblies, Advanced Manufacturing, Demand Planning, WIP and Routings, MRP, NetSuite WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, and complex Landed Cost configurations • Experience with NetSuite Ship Central or third-party shipping/WMS integrations such as RF-Smart, HighJump, Pacejet, or ShipStation • Experience with Jira and Google Workspace • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification is highly preferred • Experience with Quality Management System is a significant plus
