📋 Description

• Lead client discovery sessions and map manufacturing and distribution requirements to NetSuite best practices • Manage and deliver complex NetSuite implementation projects, including solution design and project management • Identify and communicate project limitations, shortcomings, issues, risks, constraints, and dependencies • Execute end-to-end NetSuite configuration, including complex business logic, custom fields, and workflows • Serve as a subject matter expert for manufacturing and distribution workflows • Guide clients on cost accounting, landed costs, preventive maintenance, WIP and routing, demand planning, and inventory valuation • Design and lead internal QA and guide client User Acceptance Testing to validate system stability and data integrity • Delegate tasks to analysts and guide their development • Proactively mitigate project risks with the project management team and senior consultants and architects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience implementing NetSuite within Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, or Field Services Management processes • Strong understanding of NetSuite core configuration, including complex business logic • Knowledge of Waterfall/agile methodology • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in spreadsheet-level data transformations • Familiarity with leading practices within the NetSuite ecosystem • Previous project management and solution design skills • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification highly preferred • Deep expertise in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, asset management, and Item Management processes • Experience implementing Advanced Inventory, Work Orders & Assemblies, Advanced Manufacturing, Demand Planning, WIP & Routings, MRP, NetSuite WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, and complex Landed Cost configurations • Experience implementing Field Service Management features including Core Service Tasking, Dispatch Boards, Mobile Application orchestration, Offline Data Sync, Preventive Maintenance scheduling, Asset Lifecycle Management, Van Stock/Truck Inventory optimization, and SLA & Warranty tracking • Experience with Quality Management Systems is a plus • Experience with NetSuite Ship Central or third-party shipping/WMS integrations such as RF-Smart, Highjump, Pacejet, or ShipStation • Experience with Jira and Google Workspace • Ability to work remotely in LATAM
