📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor implementing sophisticated NetSuite solutions for a portfolio of clients • Manage end-to-end delivery for multiple clients simultaneously • Lead sessions with team members and clients to uncover business requirements and map complex accounting processes • Configure and customize NetSuite instances, focusing on Suite Billing, ARM, and Multi-book • Create detailed functional and technical requirement documents • Manage the project lifecycle from inception through data migration, system integrations, and UAT • Develop and contribute to data migration and system integrations • Collaborate with developers to deploy custom solutions • Report directly to a Delivery Manager within a cross-functional team of BAs and PMs • Maintain ongoing business relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring NetSuite ERP • Proven experience in a service-based or consulting environment • Experience working with external clients rather than only as an internal administrator • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Comfort discussing ASC 606, intercompany configurations, and advanced revenue treatments • Hands-on experience implementing ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), Suite Billing, Multi-book Accounting, and intercompany configurations • Familiarity with Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations and partner products such as Avalara and HubSpot • Forward-thinking mindset regarding AI in the NetSuite ecosystem (NetSuite Next) • NetSuite certifications are preferred • Accounting or finance designations such as CPA are preferred • Experience with Suite Projects, Suite Analytics, advanced financial reporting, and NetSuite workflow automation and customizations is preferred • Experience supporting SaaS subscription models and professional services automation workflows is preferred • Experience supporting multi-subsidiary or global NetSuite environments is preferred • Exposure to NetSuite CPQ, Suite Projects, and Suite Analytics is preferred • Familiarity with SuiteScript or advanced workflow automation is a technical bonus
