📋 Description

• Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy across all major platforms. • Plan, create, schedule, and publish social content, ensuring consistency with brand identity and campaign goals. • Manage daily community interactions: respond to comments and messages, engage with followers, and monitor conversations to identify opportunities. • Track social media trends, industry conversations, and emerging formats to proactively recommend new content ideas. • Create engaging written and visual content—including captions, short-form videos, graphics, and stories—using design and editing tools. • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and integrated marketing initiatives through social-first content. • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports that highlight insights, learnings, and recommendations for optimization. • Assist in managing budgets related to social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously. • Deep understanding of major social platforms, new features, and the latest content formats. • Experience in community management and familiarity with social media management tools. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey a consistent, creative, and on-brand voice. • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva. • Advanced experience working with analytics tools to extract insights and guide decision-making.
