📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Lead weekly client calls, provide updates, and communicate performance and recommendations clearly • Develop and oversee email retention strategies across campaigns, flows, and pop-ups • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate copy, design, and Klaviyo resources • Review email copy and design to ensure quality, brand alignment, and campaign objectives • Manage revisions, approvals, and personally QA emails before launch • Keep clients and internal teams aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and next steps • Ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard • Own client relationships and drive email growth for eCommerce and DTC brands

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in account management or client-facing roles within an agency or performance marketing environment • Strong understanding of email marketing, campaigns, and lifecycle flows • Klaviyo experience is required • Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands • Excellent written, verbal, and async communication skills • Confident leading client calls, managing expectations, and giving clear feedback • Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple accounts • Fluent written and spoken English • Able to work independently and manage deadlines • Available full-time during Australian hours
