đ Description
âą Own the growth roadmap for an assigned eCom store or brand, focused on revenue growth âą Execute hands-on across email marketing, CRO, offers, and other growth levers as needed âą Identify and test opportunities to increase conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase rate âą Collaborate with the brand's existing team (creative, ads, fulfillment) to align on growth priorities âą Track performance and report on what is working, what is not, and what is next âą Move quickly between tasks, doing the groundwork yourself rather than delegating
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience growing an eCom or DTC brand's revenue, ideally toward consistent 6-figure revenue âą Operator-first: hands-on, generalist skill set across email marketing, CRO, and other growth levers âą Comfortable being the one doing the work, not just directing others âą Leadership or team management experience is a plus, but secondary to hands-on execution âą Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on revenue impact âą Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async environment
