📋 Description
• Help establish and maintain efficient accounting processes. • Support financial reporting and ensure compliance as the company grows. • Simplify invoicing and tax reporting for solo entrepreneurs in Poland and Eastern Europe.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Experience with tax compliance and reporting. • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken). • Experience working with startups, fintech, or SaaS companies is a plus. • Knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations is a strong advantage.
