• Execute software tests with a focus on new software features • Mentor and support the professional development of team members in manual software testing • Close coordination with project management regarding testing activities • Prioritization, resource management and leadership of the test team • Writing test cases and capturing requirements • Documenting test results and preparing defect reports
• Experience as a software tester in quality assurance • Degree or vocational training in an IT-related field • Independent and proactive working style • Leadership experience (a plus, not required) • ISTQB certification (advantageous) • Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving • German language skills at a technical and professional level
