📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reports, dashboards, and data extracts • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL • Map source system data elements to reporting requirements and outputs • Create report mockups, wireframes, and reporting specifications • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, data engineers, and report developers • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and reporting validation activities • Identify and resolve data quality issues and reporting discrepancies • Document business rules, data definitions, transformation logic, and reporting processes • Support modernization and migration activities involving reporting and analytics platforms • Participate in project planning, design sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data • Experience gathering and documenting reporting requirements • Experience creating functional specifications, data mappings, and process documentation • Experience working with relational databases (Oracle preferred) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities
