📋 Description

• Work alongside a CRM Manager on a client's Salesforce Marketing Cloud project • May interact directly with the client and develop and implement the CRM communications strategy based on client input • Operate the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform using Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp • Create and adjust responsive HTML email templates • Create and maintain segments and lists for sends • Create and schedule one-off Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp sends • Create and maintain communication programs, journeys, and automated workflows • Create and maintain automations within the platform • Work with email personalization using variables • Measure campaign performance and analyze KPIs, including deliverability, opens, clicks, and conversions • Extract insights from results to recommend improvements and optimization • Provide strategic support to the client to refine and improve the proposed strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Experience with and proficiency in HTML for email • Knowledge of Google Analytics • Knowledge of Google tools, including Sheets, Slides, and Docs • Experience analyzing CRM campaign performance, including operational and financial KPIs • Experience with inbound campaigns and communication programs, including automated Email, SMS, Push, and WhatsApp workflows • Independence and autonomy when working in multidisciplinary squads • Basic knowledge of SQL and AMPscript • Fluent or advanced English (a plus) • CRM platform certifications (a plus) • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (a plus)
