• As our Business Operations Intern, you will engage in specific projects or high-priority tasks crucial for our clients' success, including well-known brands like New York Pizza, Telepizza, Apache Pizza, and Pizza Hut. • Your responsibilities will range from conducting Excel analyses on how our customers can improve their business operations to installing systems in stores, preparing training for franchisees, and assisting with headquarters campaigns. • This role will provide you with exposure to different departments within our company, including Product, Support, and various client departments, giving you a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations and strategies in practice. • A Customer Success Manager will mentor you, and you will work closely with them to learn from their expertise and experience.
• You are a 3rd or 4th-year student in the EU • You have a get-things-done mentality • You enjoy fully owning a project or a problem • You have an analytical mindset • You are eager to learn about our software solution in depth • You are enthusiastic about Corporate Social Responsibility and eager to contribute to meaningful initiatives. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or another European language (German, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus • You can work with us for a minimum of 4 months, 4 or 5 days per week • Bonus points for experience in dealing with customers • Bonus points for experience within the hospitality industry
