📋 Description

• Deliver our online courses — course materials are already prepared • Convey course content and practical methods in digital sales • Work closely with our tutors to implement exercises and coaching effectively • Serve as the point of contact for questions and provide individual support to participants • Promote learning progress and maintain participant motivation throughout the course • Contribute to the development of our training offering with your experience and ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience (B2B, B2C, FMCG, SMCG) required • Some prior experience in adult education / continuing education • Very good German communication skills and a passion for working with people • Pedagogical skills and didactic understanding • Strong organizational skills and team spirit • Creativity and a drive for innovation to further develop our course offerings
