📋 Description

• Own the accounts payable process for European and French entities • Take over the AP inbox and manage the end-to-end invoice and payment flow without supervision • Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness and valid approvals • Follow up on disputed invoices through resolution • Book invoices and batch them for payment using the appropriate payment method • Monitor and organize the AP inbox daily • Reconcile Pleo and Ramp card transactions • Track missing receipts, descriptions and coding, and remind cardholders • Own and reconcile vendor master data • Build, organize and maintain AP folder structure and documentation • Develop automations around Pleo and Ramp across the SaaS brand portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounts payable or payment operations, with strong payment processing experience • Experience with European entities is a big plus • Strong hands-on proficiency in Pleo and Ramp • Experience building workflow automations around Pleo and Ramp is an advantage • NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required • Fluent English • Clear, proactive communication style with vendors, cardholders and colleagues • Ability to work mainly within Central European Time (CET) business hours • Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity and work quality • Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and ability to identify pragmatic day-to-day applications
