📋 Description

• Pairing with another engineer to build a feature or tackle a bug. • Practicing TDD to design reliable, clean code. • Reviewing a teammate’s code and suggesting improvements. • Working with product to refine acceptance criteria and edge cases. • Improving tooling, tests, or documentation that make the whole team faster. • Debugging an issue in production and deploying the fix.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience building and shipping software • Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in at least one of our core languages: TypeScript/Node.js or Golang • Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments (AWS a plus) • Familiarity with distributed systems concepts and performance tuning • Commitment to testing, clean design, and continuous delivery • Proactive, curious, and eager to continuously improve • Strong communication and collaboration skills
