📋 Description

• The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in the continued growth of Saban Real Estate’s Manufactured Housing (MH) investment platform, with a focus on manufactured housing communities (MHCs) and related housing assets. • The role will support the acquisitions team in evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, and value-add investments within the manufactured housing sector. • The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining detailed financial models, conducting market and asset-level analysis, coordinating due diligence, and preparing investment memoranda and supporting materials for internal investment committee presentations. • The position will work closely with acquisitions, asset management, property management, and capital markets teams to assess investment opportunities, refine underwriting assumptions, and support transaction execution from initial screening through closing. • Monitor and report on manufactured housing market trends, including rent growth, operating expenses, capital markets activity, regulatory changes, and competitor behavior. • Assist in evaluating and executing capital markets transactions related to MH assets, including acquisition financing, refinancings, supplemental loans, and equity structures.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, real estate finance, investment banking, or principal investing; experience with cash-flowing real estate assets required. • Prior exposure to manufactured housing or alternative residential asset classes is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, real estate, or a related field. • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience underwriting cash-flowing real estate assets required. • Demonstrated ability to build waterfall distribution models, including promote structures, preferred returns, and multi-tier equity structures, strongly preferred. • Familiarity with, or the ability to quickly develop proficiency in, manufactured housing–specific metrics such as lot rent, utility reimbursement, home sales programs, infill strategies, and infrastructure capex. • Experience reviewing operating statements, rent rolls, and due diligence materials for MH or other residential real estate asset classes. • Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely through written materials and presentations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across acquisitions, asset management, property management, and capital markets teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ARGUS or similar real estate software is a plus. • Willingness to travel as required for property tours, due diligence, and meetings.
