📋 Description
• Manage the portfolio of representatives, ensuring long-term relationships and partner satisfaction. • Expand commercial activities in the DF and GO regions by prospecting new business and partnerships. • Provide technical and commercial support to representatives, ensuring alignment with company strategies. • Prepare visit schedules, follow-up reports, and market analyses. • Monitor competitor practices, identifying opportunities to increase market share. • Support the group's store sales teams by training partners and driving improved commercial performance. • Monitor and follow up on representatives' and partner channels' achievement of targets. • Ensure the preservation of the company's institutional image and values in all negotiations.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in banks or financial services companies. • 'Hunter' profile with strong prospecting, negotiation, and new business generation skills. • Established relationships with financial assistance partners. • Strong market analysis skills and a strategic vision for commercial expansion. • Availability to travel within the operating region (DF and GO).
