• This is a remote position. • Scrum Master Extraordinaire – Drive Agile Like a Pro! • Lead Agile ceremonies like a pro across multiple teams. • Keep the engine running smoothly, remove roadblocks and keep teams in the fast lane. • Collaborate with business partners, IT pros, and process wizards (locally and internationally). • Manage the product backlog alongside Product Owners. • Track, report, and fine-tune team progress like a precision engineer. • Foster a high-performance culture of ideation, prototyping, and production. • Ensure compliance and quality because we build for the long haul.
🎯 Requirements
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – SAFe Scrum Master? • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile IT environment. • Expertise in Agile tools (JIRA, Agile Hive, Mural, etc.). • NQF 7 Qualification – BSc/BCom/BTech in IT, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent Agile/Scrum certifications. • Bonus Points: Knowledge of production & logistics processes in the automotive industry.
