📋 Description

• Design and develop internal infrastructure that powers scalable, secure, and reusable AI capabilities across platforms and customer-facing solutions. • Build modular, well-documented SDKs and internal tooling to support AI development and deployment. • Build orchestration frameworks for LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. • Implement observability and audit tooling to ensure transparency and traceability in AI systems. • Maintain versioning and documentation standards for internal tools and frameworks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions. • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to experimentation and continuous improvement. • Report to Head of Development and R&D.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend and AI development. • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LLM orchestration, and RAG pipelines. • Proven track record deploying solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure. • Familiarity with observability, audit frameworks, and prompt engineering. • Expertise in SDK design, including modularity, version control, and documentation best practices. • Core competencies: analytical thinking, innovation, collaboration, communication, customer focus, continuous learning, ethical awareness. • Right to work in the territory to which the role relates (UK & EU); Sabio Group unable to offer sponsorship.
