📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Sabre solutions for strategic OTA customers. • Act as a senior technical advisor across integration, rollout and post go-live phases. • Influence solution design by partnering with account teams, product and engineering stakeholders. • Drive customer adoption through tailored enablement, training and technical consultation. • Share best practices and provide thought leadership across the consulting team and broader organization.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product consulting, solution implementation or technical account support in travel technology or ecommerce. • Strong understanding of OTA platforms, GDS ecosystems and travel distribution strategies. • Deep expertise in APIs, integration frameworks and modern technology stacks. • Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements and influence senior stakeholders. • Ability to travel across Australia and Oceania to support customer needs.
