📋 Description
• Maintain a high standard of product knowledge for the Sacha brand at all times. • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming and professional environment. • Apply cosmetic products to customers in a manner that meets expectations and provide honest, constructive feedback on product performance. • Perform waxing and other beauty services as required. • Educate customers on Sacha products to promote brand awareness and encourage repeat business. • Work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods. • Assist with merchandising duties, including arranging, cleaning, and preparing product displays according to established checklists. • Maintain compliance with all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
