📋 Description

• Facilitate structured, 20-25 minute one-on-one virtual counseling sessions with students via our secure platform. • Interpret and clearly explain the findings of the "Mentonest Career Insight Report." • Use open-ended questions to engage students, encourage self-discovery, and help them connect their assessment results to their personal aspirations. • Guide students in identifying actionable next steps, such as researching suggested careers or developing relevant skills. • Adhere strictly to the Sadre Solutions Code of Conduct. • Follow the mandatory escalation protocol for any serious concerns mentioned by a student. • Complete all necessary administrative tasks, such as marking sessions as "Completed" in the counselor portal.

• A strong passion for youth development and career guidance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to actively listen and build rapport in a virtual environment. • Reliable internet connection and access to a private, quiet space for conducting sessions. • Commitment to completing our mandatory training program. • Willingness to undergo a background verification process to ensure student safety. • Ability to maintain a non-judgmental and supportive approach with all students.
