📋 Description

• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes • Prepare and manage SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related footnotes • Support external audits and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls • Oversee general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial statement accuracy • Produce internal financial reporting for leadership and the Board • Perform technical accounting research and draft memos • Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors • Supervise AP/AR functions and support cash flow planning

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least some in a public company • Strong working knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, and NASDAQ regulations • Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls • Skilled in Excel and comfortable working in ERP/accounting systems • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
