📋 Description

• Own the experience across shared surfaces and services between applications • Govern shared components with the Lead Designer • Own external platform integrations • Own regulatory and compliance obligations as product requirements • Translate platform strategy and commercial priorities into a prioritised roadmap • Recommend what is built, deferred, or retired and build investment cases • Hold accountability for delivery on time and to the required quality standard • Collaborate with engineering and design leadership from idea shaping through release • Work with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and legal to ensure launches are understood, sellable, supportable, and compliant • Sequence shared capabilities ahead of dependent work and identify cross-application conflicts • Build relationships with clients, integration partners, and internal teams to understand pain points and opportunities • Ground product decisions in client insight, usage data, and market evidence • Raise discovery and validation standards • Define expected outcomes and own value delivered • Identify cross-sell opportunities using usage and adoption data • Represent the platform in senior client, prospect, partner, and external conversations • Line manage and coach product managers • Set expectations, provide feedback, and address performance issues • Drive AI adoption where it creates the best outcome

🎯 Requirements

• Eight or more years in product • Proven track record of driving growth and commercial outcomes from product teams, including through product led growth • Proven experience owning platform, integration, or API products in B2B SaaS, with external developers or partners as users • Record of setting and holding shared standards across teams outside your reporting line • Technical fluency in integrations, data flows, and data products • Experience building products in a regulated environment where compliance shapes what can be built • At least five years leading people, including globally distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strategic thinking, systems thinking, technical fluency, delivery leadership, people development, influencing, and commercial judgement • Grit and determination, curiosity, strategic and hands-on leadership, and a warm, open, honest, and collaborative approach
