• Serve as primary point of contact during the implementation process for new and existing clients, building a strong relationship with client stakeholders. • Create and maintain project plans tailored to the client’s needs. • Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and company quality standards. • Collaborate with internal Operational teams as well as external partners to support timely and smooth onboarding. • Ensure setup and adoption of all Safeguard Global technologies and applications. • Provide platform training sessions to ensure clients have a solid understanding of features and functionalities for our applications. • Work closely with Customer Success to share client knowledge and ensure a smooth transition into go-live. • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement or corrective action where needed.
• Proven 2-4 years experience as an Implementation or Project Manager, preferably in a client-focused role • Global corporate tax, accounting, or HR experience a plus • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies • Customer success mindset with a bias for proactive engagement and continuous improvement • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team. • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
