📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of global clients from a technical accounting and service delivery perspective • Coach team members and maintain a positive work environment • Ensure effective delivery of work scope and exceptional service to existing customers • Align individual, team, and company goals • Allocate resources to meet work objectives and deadlines • Deliver contracted Accounting & Entity Management tasks • Document procedures and processes at process, client, and country levels • Maintain client satisfaction across the portfolio • Work with client-facing managers to resolve escalations and perform root-cause analysis • Contribute to development of the AEM service portfolio and oversee AEM profit and loss • Collaborate with other departments to understand processes and provide insights • Recommend policy and procedure improvements, maximize new client engagement, and develop plans for future needs • Lead by example and ensure direct reports' duties, responsibilities, and accountability are defined and understood

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years operations experience, preferably experience in accounting services • 2+ years experience as supervisor or team leader • In-depth knowledge of building efficient business processes and team performance metrics • Experience planning and managing at strategic and operational levels using metrics to measure success and determine required resources • Track record of growing internal talent and preparing people for new and expanded responsibilities • Knowledge of team organization changes and their impact on performance • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles • Thorough knowledge of Accounting & Entity Management services, concepts, practices, tools, and process-improvement methods • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to resolve misunderstandings and errors diplomatically • Consultative abilities and interpersonal skills with varying levels of customers and partners • Excellent prioritization skills in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment • Flexibility, adaptability, and good judgment in challenging situations • Significant problem-solving skills and creativity • Superior customer service skills
