• 5+ years of experience in Partner Ops, RevOps, or Sales Ops in a systems-owning role. • Proven ability to build operational systems from scratch, not just maintain or report on them. • Experience owning and scaling partner ecosystem, co-sell, and PRM tooling (Crossbeam, PartnerStack, Impartner, Allbound, or similar platforms) • Comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Nooks) to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience and other automation tools (i.e. Zapier, Airtable), including data modeling, automation, reporting, and dashboards. • Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and design for scale. • Comfort operating with ambiguity and making ownership-level decisions without step-by-step direction.
