📋 Description

• Build trusted, strategic partnerships with senior leaders (CHROs, CFOs, VPs), becoming their go‑to advisor across complex, global programmes. • Turn insight into action by deeply understanding each client’s business and shaping tailored success plans that deliver measurable outcomes, drive adoption, identify risk and unlock growth. • Own the end‑to‑end client experience, responding quickly, keeping everything running smoothly, and using Salesforce and key metrics to provide full visibility on performance and success. • Champion our solutions by guiding clients on best practices, new capabilities, and roadmap opportunities to maximise long‑term value. • Spot and grow opportunities by supporting renewals, informing forecasting, and partnering with commercial teams to convert upsell and cross‑sell potential into revenue. • Stay ahead of risk, proactively identifying trends across countries and services, leading intervention plans, and protecting client relationships. • Lead with impact by driving strategic reviews, governance forums, and multi‑stakeholder sessions that keep clients aligned, engaged, and moving forward.

• You know how to operate at a senior level, you’re confident building credibility with executive stakeholders and influencing decisions that matter. • You own the bigger picture, you don’t just manage accounts, you actively shape portfolio health, using data and insight to drive retention, renewals, and long‑term growth. • You’re comfortable in complexity, whether it’s multi‑country delivery, multiple stakeholders, or competing priorities, you bring clarity and direction. • You’re trusted when it counts, you can step into high‑pressure situations, lead through escalations, and rebuild confidence quickly. • You bring a commercial mindset, you understand how to balance client success with revenue outcomes, partnering closely with Sales to unlock opportunities. • You combine data with instinct, using analytics, trends, and reporting to guide decisions and improve performance across your portfolio. • You lift others up, sharing your expertise, mentoring colleagues, and raising standards across the team. • You’ve done it before, with proven experience managing large, complex client portfolios and delivering measurable improvements in retention, satisfaction, and KPIs. • You’re confident with tools and systems like Salesforce, and bring valuable experience in HR, payroll, or related solutions. • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
