📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and motivate implementation teams to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional client experiences. • Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely go-lives, clear ownership, and effective stakeholder coordination. • Monitor project backlogs, workloads, KPIs, and forecasts to keep implementations on track. • Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and support complex client and worker escalations. • Ensure high service standards, SLA achievement, accurate reporting, and smooth handovers to ongoing operations. • Conduct regular one-to-ones, provide constructive feedback, and support team training and onboarding. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in implementation, onboarding, or project delivery. • Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development skills. • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and demands while delivering within deadlines. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence. • Proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach to leading high-performing teams.
