📋 Description
• Independent responsibility for managing large construction and energy projects • Development and implementation of safety concepts, risk assessments, operating instructions & safety briefings • Advising clients, site managers and project stakeholders as a trusted peer • Conducting audits, site inspections and safety meetings • Technical guidance and mentoring of junior safety engineers / SiFas (occupational safety specialists) • Use of modern systems – e.g. AI-based defect detection & safety dashboards
🎯 Requirements
• Safety engineer or alternatively certified training as an occupational safety specialist under § 6 ASiG • At least 2–3 years' professional experience in occupational safety, preferably as an HSE Manager or Safety Engineer • Additional qualification as SiGeKo (safety coordinator) or a degree in safety engineering / engineering is an advantage • High level of personal responsibility, customer focus and a structured way of working • Willingness to travel nationwide and a valid Class B driving licence • German / English language skills
