📋 Description

• The Customer Solution Services team serves as the interface between Safran.AI solutions and their implementation within customers' information systems. • You will design, implement, validate and maintain deployment automation solutions. • You will ensure that every instance of our products is regularly updated and fully operational at customer sites. • Take ownership and get hands-on with new Safran.AI solutions. • Participate in deployment design with R&D, architects and TEM. • Write technical prerequisites in coordination with R&D to ensure optimal product operation. • Produce initial generic documentation (prerequisites, installation guide, system administration and application training). • Industrialize and automate deployments of Safran solutions. • Create generic deployment packages for each solution. • Maintain solutions at customer sites: implementation, operations, MCO, MCS. • Provide L1/L2 support.

🎯 Requirements

• Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu) • Information systems: NTP, DNS, DHCP, OpenLDAP authentication, PostgreSQL databases and storage (S3, Minio), backups, update servers, mail servers, NGINX reverse proxy • Network protocols: VLAN, SNMP, SMTP, etc. • Security frameworks: CIS, ANSSI, ISO, etc. • Proficiency in Python 3, Bash/Shell • Automation using Ansible, Terraform, Git • Containerization: Docker and Podman • Orchestration: Swarm, Nomad, Kubernetes
