📋 Description

• Serve as a nationwide consultant and key member of the Digital Learning Solution’s Engagement Program advisory team • Advise on adoption and implementation of Sage Vantage and consult on redesign of courses/curriculum • Provide insight to Sage teams on product development and training resources • Drive usage and promote value of Vantage through webinars, content, and best practices • Provide written documentation of recommendations for course design and implementation • Attend internal stakeholder meetings to represent the voice of the customer • Support sales teams pre-sales and retention efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Predominantly associated with a single discipline: Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or Business (other disciplines considered) • Provide pedagogical expertise with higher-ed faculty members throughout the United States • Lead webinars, publish content, and share best practices • Commit to approximately 10 hours of service per month • Collaborate with internal Sage teams and external customers • Facilitate face-to-face and virtual trainings or workshops and/or build implementation-specific product tutorials or videos • Analyze instructor’s courses and collaborate with them on digital assessment, grading and reporting strategies, and LMS integration • Create department specific training resources such as videos, guides, and recorded webinars • Represent the voice of the customer while attending internal stakeholder meetings • Assist sales team with pre-sales support and retention • Demonstrate effective presentation skills
