📋 Description

• Help expand and enhance SageSure’s API suite of products connecting customers with professionals, devices, and home services • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to craft innovative capabilities in API products • Design and implement modern Java services that connect the platform to integration partners • Make high-level technical and architectural decisions to ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable • Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design discussions • Expand and evolve integration strategy connecting third-party contractor networks, service providers, and internal underwriting systems • Join the Policy Clearance team to build proactive services that help homeowners reduce risk and protect their homes

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years of experience building and deploying software applications • Strong experience with Java and modern Java tooling for backend development • Proven track record of designing scalable, secure APIs and integration solutions • Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for building technology • (Highly preferred) Experience working in Insurtech or Fintech environments • (Highly preferred) Experience with Temporal workflow orchestration
