🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong background in ERP software implementations including project accounting, sales, procurement, workflow, and reporting. • Willingness to learn the construction industry, preferably having worked in the residential sector with an understanding of the full end-to-end home building process - Similar or related industries or roles such as estimating, and project costing are well regarded. • Proven experience implementing modern SaaS ERP systems is strongly preferred (Microsoft D365 F&O, NetSuite, MYOB Acumatica, Technology One, Sage Intacct or similar) or experience in existing industry solutions such as Databuild, Cheops, Jobpac, Vista, Coins, Business Craft or similar industry products. • Strong business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving abilities. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. • Organizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathering during problem analysis and coping with rapidly changing information. • Successfully manage multiple deadlines, prioritizing as appropriate and providing timely status updates on open projects. • Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding client requirements and expectations. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
