📋 Description

• Support the marketing team across content operations, project coordination, and website management • Keep content projects organized and moving forward • Coordinate reviews and approvals across teams • Manage content calendars • Assist with publishing and maintaining website content • Work closely with the Content Manager and Digital Marketing team • Follow established processes and identify opportunities to improve them

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) space is a major plus • Experience in GRC, enterprise risk, compliance, audit, or related B2B SaaS environments is strongly preferred • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously • Hands-on WordPress experience is required • Experience using a project management platform such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar • Wrike experience is strongly preferred • Experience using a social media management platform such as HubSpot, or similar • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders and keep projects moving without requiring constant direction • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a global marketing team • Ability to follow established processes consistently and identify opportunities to improve them • Basic understanding of digital content and website publishing workflows • Experience supporting a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise marketing organization is a plus • Experience managing content and social media calendars or editorial workflows is a plus • Experience working with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, or website teams is a plus • Basic understanding of SEO and website content best practices is a plus • Experience maintaining website content repositories or digital asset libraries is a plus • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar digital marketing tools is a plus • Prior experience with LinkedIn and YouTube is a plus
