• Support the development and execution of digital communication plans aligned with company goals • Write and edit content for web, email, blogs, and other digital channels • Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all platforms • Manage day-to-day operations of company social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) • Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to community interactions • Stay on top of trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas forward • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product to deliver compelling multimedia content (graphics, video snippets, infographics) • Assist in running digital campaigns to support product launches, events, and thought leadership • Support internal communications and employee advocacy initiatives • Track and report on key performance metrics for social and digital campaigns • Use analytics to identify what's working, what's not, and recommend improvements
• Must reside in Eastern or Central standard time zones • 2–5 years of experience in digital communications, social media management, or related role • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels • Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, native platforms) • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, paid social, email best practices) • Creative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong communicator with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional partners • High emotional intelligence and executive presence; comfortable leading through influence • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities • Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI • Willingness to answer whether sponsorship is required
