📋 Description

• Own end-to-end daily cash management operations and tracking processes • Build, maintain, and update short- and long-term cash flow forecasting models • Monitor bank accounts, track cash positioning, and perform daily treasury variance analysis • Manage and track vendor contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations • Coordinate internal procurement approval workflows across departments • Maintain the centralized vendor and contract database for renewal dates and commitments • Extract, validate, and reconcile treasury and procurement data using NetSuite and other financial systems • Use advanced Excel modeling to streamline cash reporting and procurement tracking sheets • Drive process improvements and automation in cash tracking to minimize manual input and reduce data errors • Partner with Accounting, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders on approvals and payment commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • 1 to 3 years of experience in a corporate finance, treasury, or procurement/purchasing role • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for modeling and tracking • Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred • Experience working in a multinational, multi-currency corporate environment is a plus • Ability to work effectively across global departments, including Accounting, Legal, and department heads • High standards of accuracy in daily cash reconciliation, banking transactions, and contract tracking dates • Ability to proactively identify and resolve cash discrepancies, banking issues, and contract renewal bottlenecks • Ownership of cash forecasting and vendor schedules, with initiative to improve procurement workflows and Excel tracking efficiency
