📋 Description

• Monthly Reporting & Analysis – Prepare comprehensive monthly accounting and departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Conduct in-depth variance analysis across departments and product lines to identify trends, risks and opportunities; • Foreign Exchange (FX) Impact Assessment - Analyse and report on monthly FX fluctuations and their impact on financial performance, providing insights to support strategic planning and risk mitigation; • Financial Modelling and Forecasting – Maintain and enhance financial models to ensure consistency, accuracy and relevance. Update monthly forecasts to reflect known expense adjustments and business changes; • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Procurement to monitor and report on large vendor spend, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals. Work closely with accounting to identify and resolve P&L discrepancies, contributing to clean and reliable financial statements; • Data Extraction & Automation - Utilise NetSuite saved searches to extract and analyse financial data efficiently. Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relatable field; • Previous experience and success in a FP&A or financial reporting role; • Strong proficiency in financial systems NetSuite experience would be highly advantageous; • Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills; • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders; • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and collaboration; • Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred; • Working effectively across departments and geographies to gather data and align on reporting; • Problem solving: Proactively identify discrepancies and inefficiencies and works with relevant teams to resolve them; • Strong attention to detail: Maintain high standards of accuracy in reporting and analysis.
