📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Accounting to ensure the accuracy and consistency of ARR data across systems • Analyze key drivers of ARR performance and clearly communicate trends versus plan and prior periods • Maintain and enhance ARR models and reporting tools to drive reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation • Leverage NetSuite and other key data sources to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies across ARR reporting, financials, and operational metrics • Build and maintain high-quality reporting packages for internal leadership, board members, and private equity partners with clear, actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in FP&A or financial reporting • Strong advanced Excel skills • Experience working within a multinational environment (preferred) • PowerBI or advanced data visualization tool skills (preferred) • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite (preferred)
