📋 Description

• Conduct regular discovery with existing and prospective clients • Conduct opportunity assessments and set product strategy aligned with company vision and objectives • Partner with engineering and design to deliver measurable outcomes through viable, valuable, feasible, and usable solutions • Collaborate with engineering, product operations, design, analytics, and product marketing teams • Evaluate and prioritize problems and solution options using RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF • Use market insights, customer needs, and data-driven insights to assess product impact • Promote and implement Agile best practices across teams • Utilize rapid prototyping through AI tooling to test solution hypotheses • Coordinate product updates and releases • Report roadmap initiative and commitment delivery status • Own go-to-market strategy for new product features and releases • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support on training and enablement • Represent the product team in client-facing meetings, presentations, and webinars • Conduct daily client discovery to understand use cases, workflows, and opportunities • Collaborate with Product Operations on documentation, product demo paths, and usage metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with B2B SaaS products • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • Proven experience implementing Agile best practices in cross-functional teams • Strong capabilities in using AI tools to rapidly create low and high-fidelity prototypes • Proficient in Product Management & Software Delivery platforms such as Aha and Atlassian • Strong track record of coordinating go-to-market planning, internal training, and sales enablement efforts • Experience leading client discovery, demos, and webinars • Experience working in global virtual teams • Experience working in Governance, Risk, and Compliance related domains is a plus • Fluent in German and English • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to build trust and foster effective working relationships across departments and geographies • Ability to work independently and as part of a global virtual team • Agile and adaptable, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Full commitment to conducting business with the utmost integrity and in full compliance with the law
