📋 Description

• Help shape and further develop digital insurance products, with a focus on motor and motor fleet insurance as well as new mobility concepts • Coordinate product development and launches • Continuously optimize and monitor the customer experience • Coordinate product features, required processes, and development efforts across the organization • Create and further develop coverage concepts, product information, and system documentation • Develop and implement standardized underwriting rules in coordination with the IT department • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, particularly risk carriers, their actuarial departments, sales partners, and technology partners • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for IT and other involved partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on insurance • Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in motor insurance product management or underwriting, as well as project work • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills • Strong customer focus • Enthusiasm for new technologies • Strong process-oriented mindset • Affinity for agile ways of working • Team-oriented and solution-focused approach
