📋 Description

• Responsible for the functional advancement and ongoing development of the product • Translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria • Prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog • Creating and continuously refining the product roadmap • Serving as the interface between stakeholders, development teams, and end users • Ensuring product quality and continuous optimization based on relevant KPIs • Communicating product goals, priorities, and results transparently

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Experience in requirements management and collaboration with technical teams • A high level of personal responsibility, self-organization, and a strong ownership mindset • A structured approach to work and enthusiasm for complex technical issues • Ability to make well-founded decisions, even in challenging situations • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness when working with diverse stakeholders • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
