📋 Description

• Shape and further develop the strategic direction of the Product Planning and Management business domain in line with the company’s objectives • Analyze business requirements, identify opportunities, and derive actionable strategies and digital solutions • Take responsibility for planning, managing, and professionally developing the domain • Bring together business, technology, instructional design, and user needs • Evaluate business and product processes and identify opportunities for digitalization • Support the implementation of sustainable solutions for a scalable, high-quality learning experience • Prioritize initiatives, epics, and requirements • Ensure value-driven backlog management • Analyze KPIs and derive recommendations for action • Promote data-driven decision-making within the domain • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, create transparency, and connect stakeholders with Business and Digital Domain Owners • Contribute to the further development of WBS’s digital education ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, education management, digital business, or a comparable field; alternatively, an equivalent qualification combined with relevant professional experience • Several years of experience managing complex business requirements and developing digital products, processes, or platforms • Strong understanding of collaboration between business and IT functions • Experience prioritizing requirements, managing stakeholders, and contributing to strategic planning processes • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs and data-driven decision-making frameworks • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, along with a strong interest in cross-functional collaboration • Interest in digitalization, innovation, and modern educational offerings • Experience in transformation or change projects with a digital focus • Enthusiasm for AI-powered solutions • Understanding of agile ways of working and interdisciplinary teams • Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings and workshops in Berlin • Willingness to travel to occasional in-person meetings in Berlin
