📋 Description

• Shape and further develop the strategic direction of the Product Planning and Management business domain in line with the company’s objectives • Analyze business requirements, identify potential, and derive actionable strategies and digital solutions • Take responsibility for planning, managing, and professionally developing the domain • Bring together business, technology, instructional design, and user needs • Evaluate business and product processes, identify digitalization opportunities, and support the implementation of sustainable solutions • Prioritize initiatives, epics, and requirements, and ensure value-driven backlog management • Analyze relevant KPIs, derive recommendations for action, and promote data-driven decision-making • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, create transparency, and connect stakeholders as well as Business and Digital Domain Owners • Further develop the digital education ecosystem together with other Business Domain Owners and Technical Domain Owners

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, education management, digital business, or a comparable field; alternatively, an equivalent qualification combined with relevant professional experience • Several years of experience managing complex business requirements and developing digital products, processes, or platforms • Strong understanding of collaboration between business and IT functions • Experience prioritizing requirements, managing stakeholders, and contributing to strategic planning processes • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs and data-based decision-making frameworks • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration • Interest in digitalization, innovation, and the continued development of modern educational offerings • Experience with transformation or change projects with a digital focus • Enthusiasm for AI-powered solutions and their use in optimizing business and educational processes • Understanding of agile ways of working and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams • Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings and workshops in Berlin
