📋 Description

• Monitors, controls, and isolates problems in a data communications network. • Monitors all network activity. • Activates/deactivates network lines according to established schedules. • Performs first- and/or second-level problem determination (first level is help desk). • Interfaces with users and/or network vendors. • Responsible providing technical support for LAN/WAN or for a section of a larger network. • May perform installation, modification and testing of network.

• Associates Degree and** 4 years **of relevant experience; OR Bachelors and 2 years of relevant experience. • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. Citizenship or Green Card. • Technical skills and experience related to cloud networking. • Effective interpersonal skills, and strong briefing and writing skills. • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment with little supervision. • Hands On Experience: ServiceNow, SCOM, Solarwinds, Zscaler support, Azure Network. • Certification: Current Network and ITIL 4 certifications. • Experience with a Federal or Government Agency.
