📋 Description
• Own end-to-end execution of Single Case Agreements (SCAs) with insurance payers • Submit, track, and follow up on Prior Authorizations (PAs) to ensure timely approvals • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues and move cases forward • Gather and organize clinical documentation required for submissions • Maintain accurate records across internal systems (e.g., EHR, CRM) • Identify and escalate delays, denials, or payer issues proactively • Partner with internal teams (clinical, intake, billing) to ensure seamless patient access to care • Continuously improve workflows to increase speed and approval rates
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in at least one of the following is absolutely mandatory: • - Single Case Agreements (SCAs) • - Prior Authorizations (PAs) • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Experience in working with U.S. healthcare payers.
