• Support customers’ journeys by managing tactical project management duties and sales efforts required to deliver SailPoint solutions • Learn and apply SailPoint’s SaaS and/or Software delivery models • Shadow projects with tenured managers and take accountability for assigned client experiences • Own engagement scoping, client communication, internal team coordination, and escalation support • Manage the full scope of customer engagements and set appropriate expectations • Ensure services are provided, implemented correctly, and billed in a timely and accurate manner • Partner cross-functionally during sales, including presentations, RFP responses, and proposal/SOW generation • Interact with sales representatives and leadership during pre-sales and post-sales delivery phases • Serve as a client point of contact for issues and escalations • Manage financials of multiple projects, focusing on profitability, productivity, and client satisfaction • Work with the Resourcing Management Office to align and staff crew members according to project requirements • Perform end-to-end project management for customer engagements • Create and maintain project documentation covering scope, status, schedule, budget, forecast risks, and issues • Provide strategic client-performance updates to senior management and regular status updates to account teams and Sales Managers • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers throughout customer implementations • Identify opportunities to expand SailPoint product and services usage • Assist direct reports with career development through feedback, coaching, and guidance
• 5–7+ years of professional experience within an enterprise software vendor, systems integrator, or consulting firm • 3+ years in a customer-facing Engagement Manager or Project Manager role • Exceptional mentorship and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement • Experience with project management duties, including project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management • Experience managing multiple projects • Previous experience working with a SaaS product is a plus • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities • Experience working with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
