📋 Description

• Deliver efficient, maintainable, robust code. • Produce designs and rough estimates, and implement features based on product requirements. • Effectively collaborate with peers across different time zones on designs, code reviews, and testing. • Produce unit and end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features. • Fast learner and self-directed, flexible enough to work on new technologies as well as some legacy components.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in designing and implementing mainframe system software in an IBM z/OS environment. • Strong knowledge of programming in C on z/OS. • Good knowledge of Diagnostics, Debugging and Troubleshooting skills on mainframe applications. • Must be proficient with problem determination, analysis and resolution. • Experience in managing source code with Git repository or any other version control system. • Good Knowledge Assembler, JCL and REXX (desired). • Knowledge on IBM z/OS security systems like RACF, ACF2 or Top Secret (desired). • Exposure to Java (desired). • Good Knowledge of build and test automation (desired). • Exposure to Mainframe modernization (desired).
