📋 Description

• Drive Messaging & Positioning : Own and refine the narrative for SailPoint visibility and advanced security offerings and articulating how SailPoint addresses customer needs across security, governance, compliance, and risk. • Develop GTM Strategies : Build and oversee comprehensive GTM plans that drive awareness, demand, and adoption globally. • Content Creation : Create creative and compelling content across formats, executive briefs, white papers, sales decks, blogs, webinars, etc., that communicates value and drives engagement. • Thought Leadership : Help establish SailPoint as the trusted authority in identity security through storytelling, content, and customer-focused narratives. • Market & Competitive Intelligence : Analyze trends, customer challenges, and competitor positioning to inform differentiated messaging and GTM strategies. • Sales & Partner Enablement : Deliver impactful enablement assets, plays, and training to equip global field and partner teams with clear, differentiated positioning. • Measure & Optimize Impact : Help define success metrics for content, GTM, and enablement programs; track effectiveness; and refine strategies to maximize outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or thought leadership, preferably within security, identity and access management, identity security, SaaS enterprise solutions. • Demonstrated a track record of success creating and executing GTM initiatives and content strategies that drive measurable impact. • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives, sales teams, and external audiences. • Proven ability to create content that engages buyers and accelerates the sales cycle. • Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, and field teams to drive market alignment and execution. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving market landscape with the ability to adapt and refine messaging as identity security advances. • Education MBA or equivalent preferred; BA/BS required
