📋 Description

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis • Effectively address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries • Develop business plans that align with your assigned territory • Strategically engage with customers and maintain a high level of service • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans • Pursue all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated • Lead the appropriate technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages • Follow-up with customers and post-sale teams to ensure account coverage • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle • Fosters a deep understanding of the territory including customers, partners, and competitors • Effectively initiate and manage discussions across all levels of a customer’s organization

🎯 Requirements

• Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls • Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions • Superior customer experience from the first discovery call • Experience with competitive positioning including partner services • Ability to lead a virtual team of partner resources • Ability to make good decisions about who should engage and when • Capability to create a territory or opportunity plan • Ability to work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategy • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field preferred but not required
