📋 Description

• Act strategically in defining and evolving the end-customer purchase journey, ensuring simplicity, usability, and high conversion. • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure consistency of the design vision across all stages of development; • Create flows, wireframes, interfaces, and clickable prototypes at different fidelity levels, focusing on validating ideas and concepts and ensuring effective usability before implementation, using design patterns and best practices; • Refine, estimate, and contribute to prioritization and trade-offs with Product Managers; • Understand requirements and user stories to deliver a more aligned and concise product handoff for development; • Actively participate in discovery and hypothesis validation processes, fostering a culture of experimentation. • Have a critical and analytical profile, defining metrics and conducting data analysis to define and monitor outcomes; • Conduct user research, validate hypotheses, and analyze data, using these insights to inform design decisions; • Contribute to roadmap decisions based on data, benchmarks, and UX best practices. • Define success metrics related to the user experience and monitor results using qualitative and quantitative data. • Serve as a reference within the design chapter, contributing to technical and cultural evolution (structuring processes, rituals, tools, documentation, etc).

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of prototyping and design tools, especially Figma. • Experience leading complex initiatives from discovery to delivery, with measurable impact on business metrics. • Experience with digital products focused on sales, marketplaces, or conversion channels. • Advanced experience in user research, experience metrics, and data analysis to guide decisions. • Autonomous, proactive profile with a critical eye for experience and delivery quality. • Ability to define experience metrics and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions. • Experience handling multiple contexts and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and self-management skills; • Proficiency with Excel. • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • 6+ years of experience as a digital product designer
